Roland T. Doubleday, CFP®

A  CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Roland Doubleday is a graduate of Loyola University of New Orleans, with a Bachelors in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.

His professional experiences include investment management, financial planning, brokerage services. Previously, he enjoyed a career in general banking, consumer and commercial credit and lending.

He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, and serves as a director of the local chapter, The Financial Planning Association of Greater New Orleans.

Kevin R Conley, CFP®, CRPC®

Kevin was born in Augusta Ga. And grew up in Metairie, Louisiana. He attended St Catherine of Siena elementary school and was active at St Catherine’s being a CYO member and attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in troop 230.

Kevin went to De La Salle high school in New Orleans and graduated with the class of 1976. He graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelors in Science and a concentration in Psychology in 1981

Professional experiences started with an independent regional telephone company (equipment) that grew to be a national telecommunications company. In a thirteen year career with this company, Kevin held positions as an Account Executive in Baton Rouge and Atlanta, Ga.; District Sales Manager in Atlanta, Ga.; and General Manager responsible for sales, operations and administration for North Carolina and South Carolina.

While in Atlanta, Kevin was offered ownership in a small technology company. Kevin took a position as Director of Sales for AvData Systems, Inc. and recreated the sales force, helped create product and services and grow revenues. The AvData tripled in size and was sold in 1998.

In 1999, after returning to New Orleans, Kevin was recruited by Global Data Systems, Inc. (GDS) to be an equity partner and fill the role of the Chief Operating Officer (COO). As COO, Kevin was tasked to develop professional services and remote services businesses. Duties as COO included finance and accounting, human resources, corporate growth management and development, business operations, contract negotiations, and professional services business units. GDS built highly successful professional services business throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas and Tennessee.

After his 24/7 position with Global Data Systems was over, in 2003, Kevin purchased a pizza business in uptown New Orleans (Roman Pizza) which was in operation until 2015.

While an owner of Roman Pizza, Kevin worked with Mitch Rotolo to develop a franchise pizza casual dining concept. Kevin became co-owner and helped grow Rotolo's Pizzerias. He established the franchisor corporate support organization, agreements and processes and procedures, documented all business aspects and operating standards (franchisor and franchisee) including; owner/manager practices, hiring processes, marketing strategies, comprehensive restaurant operations, recipes and kitchen manuals.

In 2008, Kevin sold his interests in Rotolo’s Pizzerias and after much contemplation and research decided that being a Financial Advisor to help people and small businesses manage all of the aspects of their financial lives would be a great final career. Kevin joined Ameriprise financial in 2011 and has his Series 7, Series 66 and is a licensed to sell Life Insurance products.

In 2013 Kevin attained the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM, CRPC® designation. Offered by the College of Financial Planning, the CRPC® program covers all aspects of the retirement process in a single comprehensive program with no product or advising biases.

In 2016 Kevin completed three years of coursework and passed the CFP® exam. Kevin is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. Only those who have fulfilled the certification and renewal requirements of the CFP Board can display the CFP® certification marks, which represent a high level of competency, ethics, and professionalism. CFP Board's Standards of Professional Conduct require CFP®professionals to look out for your interests above their own when delivering financial planning advice.

Kevin is a member of the Financial Planning Association, and serves as a board member, chairing the Pro Bono Committee for the local chapter, The Financial Planning Association of Greater New Orleans.

Kevin is the President of Power Networking BNI Chapter in New Orleans

Kevin married Aline Gaudet in 1982 (his best accomplishment ever!) and lives in Kenner with their two furry children- Shadeaux and Buddy.

In their spare time Kevin and Aline enjoy volunteering for charity events, jogging and running in 5ks, traveling with friends, spending time hiking in the Smokey Mountains. Kevin and Aline also enjoy any time they get to spend with their Nieces and Nephews, who are all fantastic in their own way!

CRPC®, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM marks belong to the College for Financial Planning and denote professionals who have successfully completed the requirements of the designation program and are currently complying with the designation Standards of Professional Conduct and ongoing renewal requirements
